At OmSeva, we are committed to providing exceptional services to the elderly. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your service plan. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellation and refunds.
Cancellation Process
Initiating a Cancellation Request:
- Members can submit cancellation request for the next payment period any time and it will be auto approved.
- Members can submit cancellation request for the current payment period (after the payment is processed) and it will go through approval cycle.
- A valid reason for cancellation must be provided when submitting the request.
Review of Cancellation Request:
OmSeva administration will review the cancellation request for the current payment period.
Approval or Rejection for the current payment period:
- If the reason for cancellation is deemed appropriate, the request will be approved.
- If the reason for cancellation is deemed inappropriate, the request will be rejected.
- The reason for rejection will be communicated to the member who requested the cancellation.
Refund Policy
- Approved Cancellations: For approved cancellations, a refund will be provided based on the number of days remaining in the plan, excluding any tax charges.
- Rejection of Cancellations: Cancellation requests for plans with 10 days or fewer remaining will most likely be rejected.
Important Notes
- Refunds are calculated based on the remaining duration of the plan at the time the cancellation request is approved, excluding tax charges.
- Members are encouraged to carefully consider their reason for cancellation to ensure it meets the criteria for approval.
